Targeted projects include the ownership and redevelopment of neighborhood, community, and lifestyle shopping centers as well as urban and suburban mixed-use properties with a prominent retail component. Opportunistic and value-add properties and core/stabilized assets are the primary investment focus.

Purchase: All cash or will assume existing financing
